Shipping policy

Shipping fees
Orders under $99 have a flat $14.95 shipping charge. Shipping is free on all orders of $99 or more.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During major sale periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Weekend, processing may take up to 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Where we ship
We ship to all addresses within Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or international addresses. Store pickup is not available.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at australia@incase.com with your order number and we will resolve it in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Public holidays
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.
