Shipping Fees

Orders under $99 have a flat $14.95 shipping charge. Shipping is free on all orders of $99 or more.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During major sale periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Weekend, processing may take up to 5 to 7 business days due to high order volumes.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland.

Where We Ship

We ship to all addresses within Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or international addresses. Store pickup is not available.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at australia@incase.com with your order number and we will resolve it in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Public Holidays

Orders are not processed on weekends or Queensland public holidays. We resume normal business hours at 9am AEST (Brisbane time) on the next business day.
